Ingredients

 Kinche
 water
 red onion chopped
 vegetable oil
 salt
 Ethiopian spiced clarified butter (Niter Kibbeh)
 Mitmita

Direction

Step 1 : Cook the onion in a pan until it changes color a little to golden brown
Step 2 : Then add the oil and fry for 5 minutes
Step 3 : Then add the water and leave it until it boils
Step 4 : When the water is boiled well, add the Kinche and cook it for 30-40 minutes for oat and wheat Kinche and 1 hour for barley Kinche.
Step 5 : When you're done, take it out and put it in a bowl, add the Niter Kibbeh and Mitimita you want, on top and mix it well and eat. Enjoy!
