 Telba (flaxseeds)
 peeled and seeded pear
 peeled and seeded mango
 water
 honey
 ice cubes

Direction

Step 1 : Start by light roasting and grinding the Telba (flaxseeds).
Step 2 : Next, wash, peal, remove the seeds, and chop the pear and mango into suitable sizes.
Step 3 : Finally, mix all of the ingredients and blend them all together, and serve fresh.
