Step 1: First add oil and then after a little minute add the garlic
Step 2: Then add the red onions when its fry
Step 3: Then add tomatoes and boil it until the water disappear
Step 4: When the water gone, add the tomatoes and salt
Step 5: After that add the shiro flour stir it while adding a little water and cook until it is well cooked
Step 6: When it is well cooked, serve it with Injera and sprinkle the chili on top or serve it next to it. Enjoy!
If you prefer, you can substitute the vegetable oil with 2 tbsp of Niter Kibbeh (Ethiopian clarified butter)
