Step 1 : First, heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the meat and fry for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2 : Then add the onion and fry for 3-5 minutes
Step 3 : Next, add the salt and then the rose mary and cook for 3-5 minutes
Step 4 : At the end,add green pepper and butter(Niter Kibbeh) and serve it with Injera.
If you prefer, you can substitute the vegetable oil with 2 tbsp of Niter Kibbeh (Ethiopian clarified butter) you can also add Berbere after the Onion if you preffer redish Tibs and add tomatos too
