Step 1 : Wash the Yellow Peas well and boil it well with 3 cups of water in pot
Step 2 :Add the chopped onions to the pan and cook until the color turns slightly brown.
Step 3 :Then add the oil and cook for 10 minutes
Step 4 :Then add the Turmeric and cook for 10 minutes
Step 5 :Then add the tomato and garlic and cook for 10 minutes
Step 6 :Then Grind the yellow peas well before adding them to the pot
Step 7 :Then add the Yellow Peas and cook for 10 minutes while mixing well
Step 8 :Then add 2 cups of water and simmer for 20-30 minutes
Step 9 :Then add salt and green pepper cook it for 10 minutes, then eat it with Injera.
If you want you can add Niter kibbeh.
