Step 1 : Add the chopped onions to the pan and cook until the color turns slightly brown. Then wait a little and add oil and garlic and turmeric. (turmeric is optional you can leave it)
Step 2 : Then add the carrot and cook for 5 minutes
Step 3 : Next, add the cabbage and cook for 30 minutes, stir it
Step 4 : Then when it is cooke add the salt and remove it then eat it with Injera. Enjoy!
Cabbage can be eaten not only with Injera, but also with breads.
