Ingredients

 Beaf for the Soup (Washed)
 red onion dice
 garlic Crushed
 ginger
 green pepper sliced
 Knorr
 salt
 Mitmita
 Ethiopian spiced clarified butter (Niter Kibbeh)
 vegetable oil
 water

Direction

Step 1 : Heat oil in a pan, then fry the meat for 10 minutes and add the meat
Step 2 : Then cook for 1 hour after adding the water
Step 3 : Then add the red onion, garlic and ginger and cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 4 : Then add salt, knorr and pepper and cook for 10 minutes
Step 5 : Then add the Niter kibbeh and take it out and eat it in a bowl with Injera

Notes

you can add Mitmita at top in your bowl
