Follow these authentic steps for the best traditional flavor
In a mixing bowl, sift the barley flour
Add salt and water to the flour, mix well and knead the dough until smooth.
Preheat the metad (or oven).
Flatten the dough and pat it into a circular shape on the heated metad.
Cover and bake until the bread turns a light golden-brown color, about 10 minutes.
Turn the bread to the other side and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the hoven (metad ) and serve warm.
