Ingredients

 suf (sunflower seed)
 water
 red onion diced
 salt
 green papper sliced
 Injera (Ethiopian Bread)

Direction

make the suf soup

Step 1 : Boil 3 cups of water and suf (sunflower seed) together for 1 hour
Step 2 : Then put it in a juicer and grind it until the seed is gone
Step 3 : Then add 3 cups and mix well
Step 4 : Then sieve fillter it in the bowl and store it in cool place or refrigerator.

Step 1 : Take the amount you want and add it in a bowl
Step 2 : Prepare onion and pepper as much as you want and add salt on top and mix
Step 3 : Then add injera on top and mix it well and Enjoy eating!

Notes

You can keep the suf sauce in the fridge and whip it up whenever you want.
